6/23/26 0:530, E/B I-10, Jacksonville,Fl. While driving E/B I-10 Jax, Fl I experienced a sudden and severe blowout to L/F tire@ 60mph. I was able to navigate vehicle off freeway to safe location. At a very early hour I was able to contact Alex at RAC Roadside service who immediately responded and found not only the tire destroyed, but the rim as well. As it was an odd tire size I couldn’t locate a tire. Alex took the time to pull the rim and tire , drive me all over Jacksonville, find the needed items, and make the necessary repairs. I am 75 years old, was stranded in a fairly rough part of town at a very early hour. Alex was extremely professional, genuinely concerned and went above and beyond to help. His fee was more than reasonable especially given the time of day and location. I highly recommend this young man.

I would like give a 10 star rating for the amazing customer service, outstanding time of service (20 minutes to get to me), excellent professionalism and the knowledge to inform me on what I need to do. I was sitting with a flat tire for about 3 days and as I read the reviews, I knew I was at the right place. Alex was able to get me up and running in no time and is quick at what he does. The Bennett family thanks you!

I was out of town working in Jax around 8pm getting out from work my tire blew up and no spare tire in my Tesla. RAC Road assistance came and save the day! He came and took the tire to a tire-shop and came back with a new one installed it and boom am ready to hit the road all this within 45 min tops. Great job RAC. Charming guy, small business owner providing excellent services. Thank you!

5 stars all around! Alex was the first to respond to me and get me back on the road, without even being late for work! I popped my tire, used Yelp to find a mobile tire company to come to my house and get me back on the road. Within the hour, Alex answered me, and I was back on the road. I mean, y’all already know, I’m all about customer service. Alex kept me in contact the whole way. I suggest you to go ahead and put his number in your phone, there is nothing worse than to be worried about a bad mechanic or tire replacement. As a woman that knows nothing about cars, I was truly taken care of at 7:00 am and will always be grateful for his service and prompt communication. Thank you Alex, may your business always be profitable and may you always be blessed.
